Granada donated his humanoid try-out to the community! This human is made out of seperate parts and can therefor be adjusted easily. The mesh in DMF format can be downloaded here!

See this topic for more info.

Hey JimB, welcome to these forums! Smile

I like your humanoid figure very much. Propertions are good and I like the style. Now I wonder if you could create something like that in DeleD. Question

Thanks Jeroen ,no offence but my prefered modeling tool is Silo although I will try and do a similar character in Deled meanwhile I hope people will be able alter this one to suit their needs.

You're free to use any modeler you like on these forums, of course. I'm just very interested to see any humanoids made in DeleD, as there are still too few of those around. Very Happy

Btw, if you have suggestions to improve DeleD based on stuff Silo has implemented already, please do tell!

Trucker: Your model would be much better with a small tweak: if you scaled out the hips a fair bit, starting a little bit above the belt, and tapering down to below the crotch area. The hands should almost be touching the hips. (Yes, it's true, even guys have waists!)

You could probably move down the mouth a little bit, and the eyes a lot. The eyes are almost on the vertical center line of the face, when viewed from the front.

But that's how I'm actually built. Laughing Well, eccept my legs are a tad bit straighter. Laughing

I didn't make the model. Just textured it with a skin texture, and filled in the eyes and mouth. There is a nose there just under the eyes, but you cant see it in the screenshot. Smile

Personally, my modeling skills suck. I do attempt simple things tho. Model a human?? Not I.
