Not bad at all!

From your second screenshot, your walls look very thin... are they actually 3D, or did you use a single plane for them?

realmcrafter does support .b3d, .3ds and .X

I can import all my scene's from el ementrix without any problems, I had a few problems in the past but then the exporters got updated and now i don't have any problems anymore.

The black/yellow stripes are typically put where you can actually bump into things. Vertical corners, for example. At the ceiling is not the right place for them IMO :-)
