I've been working on a remake of the Relto (home) age in the game Uru by Cyan games. It's one of those...I wanted a challenge things. This age has so many different types of objects and interactions, I thought it would be a good exercise. I was right. After 3 months work, I am almost at the halfway point. It's finally looking good enough to show off what I've been doing. The only things in the images I didn't make in deled, are the trees and grass. The hut, bridge, imager, waterfall, mountain were all made in Deled. (including the water itself and it's animated. (using an image file list to scroll thru a number of images))

The images are here in my photo gallery The beginning images were taken in TGE, and the later images were taken in TGEA. (which I'm porting this over too)
This is a work in progress and I still have a whole lot to do before it's finished.
If you've played Uru, you will definately recognise this.

I haven't played URU, but I just love to see your work in progress. Images like these really show off how much creative fun you are having with the DeleD+Torque (TGEA) combination:

I really like the water in retro_bridge2 and retro_bridges.

You should put some stone texture on the edges of the island.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm having a great time making this. It's a monster challenge.

The water under the bridges is made from shaders. (I didn't make the shaders as I have no clue how)

Here is a screenshot from the game while standing on the bridge
None of my work is exact, but it's real close. (or at least as close as I can get it)

Been doing some more work on this:

A new bench
The Ecanna Tree (may need to use some smoothing on it)
Remade the mountain and pond

Aside from just making these objects, I've ported this over to TGEA 1.7.0 and added 3 butterflys flying around. This project is near finished. I have 1 more object to make and 1 bug to get worked out. I don't know if I can actually make the object, but hey, I took this on as a personal challenge, so I'm going to do my best. Smile

Edit to add:
Ok, so it wasn't as challenging as I thought it would be.
The original

Looks good, will you give it free to download?

Yes pending Cyans approval. Since it's a remake of their game age, I will send them a link to it first and ask for their approval to give it out. If they approve, it'll be a free download.
I have to get my fireflies in and working tho, plus, a couple of other minor things.
