Who asked for 2 sided primitive? I'm pretty sure someone posted about it in the last few days, I can't remeber where.

Quick Trick
    create a primitive.
    copy ctrl-c and paste ctrl-v the primitive, leave the new copy selected.
    go into polygon mode p, then select all the faces ctrl-a.
    invert all the faces by selecting flip.
    return to object mode o.
    select both of your objects, and merge them.

You will now have a primitive with 2 sided primitive.
