Hi there,

I just exported my level from DeleD as an .obj. This means that It also exported the .mtl file. Is it possible in anyway to combine all the textures and data in the .mtl file into one texture and then just use this as the texture for the obj model?

Cheers

Try this plugin:

http://www.delgine.com/plugins/viewPlugin.php?catid=40&catdesc=Exporters&contentid=30

It allows you to import and export the scene + textures to DPS format. Smile

I think you mean, use one texture for the whole project. That isn't something a modelling programme can do to create that single texture from multiples. Normally, you create the texture beforehand for use within the programme, using the UV mapping tools.

You'll have to UV map the model to get everything in the same texture. It involves marking seams in your model, then using LCSM to pull everything apart. Unfortunately Deled isn't quite there yet. If you've got money to spend, get Ultimate Unwrap 3D.

Thank-you for your help. I knew it wouldn't be that easy!
