Snapping is a function in DeleD to align Primitives to the Grid. This becomes very handy if you are creating the basic Floorplan for a Level, or to pixel-perfect put objects together. But Snapping means also that everything can look pretty blocky. Snapping does not work with user-defined Objects (eg. Merged Objects, Objects after CSG Operations etc.)

You can easly turn On/Off Snapping by double-clicking it in the Statusbar at the bottom.
