Keyboard Functions
The following is a list of basic keyboard functions available within the DeleD editor:
- +/- Zoom in or out
- Ctrl +/- Adjust grid size
- Ctrl Z Undo last modification
- Ctrl M Hide/unhide Material Picker
- Ctrl H Hide selection
- Shift T Change current view to Top View
- Shift P Change current view to 3D View
- Shift F Change current view to Front View
- Shift S Change current view to Side View
- Shift U Change current view to UV Editor
- Alt + Ctrl H Unhide everything
- Alt + O Show Options screen
- Escape Deselect current selection
- Del Delete current selection (Objects or Polygons)
- Ctrl Del Delete everything but selection
- Shift Del Delete system polygons
- Space Clone current selection
- F1 Wireframe mode
- F2 Solid mode
- F3 Textured mode
- F4 Lightmapped mode
- F5 Culling on/off
- F6 Grid on/off
- F7 Axis Aligned Bounding Box on/off
- F8 Snap on/off
- F10 Snap selected items to current grid size
- F11 Snap entire scene to current grid size
- CTRL+F3 Skybox on/off
- SHIFT+F3 Fog on/off

Shortcut Keys (2D View)
The following is a list of mouse and keyboard functions available within the DeleD editor when in 2D views:
- Left mouse + selected command Perform command on selection (like move/scale/rotate)
- Mousewheel Zoom in/out with intervals
- Mousewheel click + drag Zoom in/out smoothly
- Right mouse + drag Navigate camera
- Right mouse Popup menu
- Shift + left mouse Select item according to the current editmode
- Alt + left mouse Select object no matter what mode you're in
- Shift + ctrl + left mouse Select and add item to current selection
- Shift + left mouse + drag Select multiple items at once
- Shift + right mouse + drag Zoom in or out
- Ctrl + alt + left mouse Select and add object to the current selection
- Arrow keys Move the selected item(s) in directions supported by the view
- Shift + Arrow Keys Precisely moves the selected item(s) in directions supported by the view by 1/minor grid line size, as opposed to an entire unit
Shortcut Keys (3D View)
The following is a list of mouse and keyboard functions available within the DeleD editor when in 3D views:
- Shift + left mouse Select nearest item, according to the current edit mode
- Alt + left mouse Select nearest object, no matter what mode you're in
- Shift + ctrl + left mouse Select and add nearest item to the current selection
- Ctrl + alt + left mouse Select and add nearest object to the current selection
- Mousewheel Move forward/backward with intervals
- Mousewheel click + drag Move forward/backward smoothly
- Right mouse + drag Rotate camera
- Right mouse Popup menu
- Ctrl + right mouse Move left/right and up/down
- Shift + right mouse Move forward/backward
- Ctrl + Alt + right mouse Turntable rotation around selected primitive
- Arrow keys Move camera
